Best TH10 Anti-2 Star Base 2026 -- Single-Mode Inferno Strategy

TH10 wars are decided by whether the attacking Archer Queen gets a clean walk and whether Hog Riders reach the Town Hall without hitting Giant Bomb clusters. Set both Infernos to single mode to burn through high-HP heroes before they strip your core, and bury the TH so deep that even a good GoHo run expires at the last wall.

Both Infernos on Single Mode

Multi-mode Infernos handle swarms; single-mode Infernos kill heroes. At TH10, the most dangerous threat to your war star is the Archer Queen Walk into a GoHo or ZapLaLoon combo. Single-mode Infernos lock onto the Queen before she clears your outer ring defenses, forcing the attacker to divert Healers or abandon the walk entirely. Place both Infernos adjacent to the Town Hall compartment, covering the two most contested approach corridors.

Giant Bomb Cluster Placement

Hog Riders are the primary threat to TH10 war stars. Place a double Giant Bomb set on each of the three most likely Hog approach paths -- typically the straight-line corridors between your outer Mortars. Add Spring Traps at chokepoints where Hogs must funnel single-file through wall gaps. A well-placed cluster can eliminate 10 to 15 Hogs in a single trigger, ending a 3-star attempt instantly.

Dark Elixir Storage as Secondary Bait

Position the Dark Elixir Storage slightly off-center but not inside the Town Hall compartment. Attackers who pivot to steal DE waste troops on a secondary objective, burning time before the TH is reachable. Surround the DE storage with high-DPS defenses rather than walls -- this makes it appear valuable while punishing any attempt to raid it mid-attack.
