Pet Assignments for Hybrid Defense

Assign Mighty Yak to the Barbarian King positioned in the second ring adjacent to primary resource storages. The Yak charges at approaching troops, blocking access to the storage compartment while dealing bonus damage. Assign Lassi to the Archer Queen in the war core -- Lassi's wall-jump ability lets her reposition during defense to engage threats at multiple compartment levels. Frosty on the Grand Warden slows approaching troop stacks, buying time for both resource defense and war hero engagement.

Three Infernos as Core Resource Guard

At TH14, position all three Infernos so their coverage overlaps the Dark Elixir Storage and the Town Hall simultaneously. This single-mode Inferno cluster in the core burns Queen Walk farming attacks before they reach DE, while also serving as the primary war defense hub. The Royal Champion adjacent to this cluster defends both the DE and the war core from late-entry attacks.

Resource Ring Depth

Gold and Elixir Storages at TH14 should sit at the second-ring depth minimum. Outer-ring resource placement invites easy farming percentages. Second-ring placement forces farming raids to commit more troops than the resources are worth in a quick hit, reducing overall raid efficiency against your base.
