It's where the meta becomes genuinely complex -- you now have an Archer Queen, an X-Bow, and access to every core defensive structure below TH10. But the attacks you face are also powerful: GoWiPe, GoHo, and Queen Walk armies can all 3-star a TH9 base that isn't designed to stop them. Getting your TH9 war base right matters.
